When do the boxes ship out?
We typically ship around the 25th of each month, boxes arrive in 1-4 days. If you order before the 15th you'll receive your box by the end of that month. If you order after the 15th you'll receive your box the following month. If you'd like other arrangements please email [email protected] and we'll do our best to accomodate!
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there's no contracts. You can cancel within your customer account, you can login on the homepage or here:https://thenomadik.com/customer/login PLEASE NOTE: If you let your subscription renew then cancel after the renewal date (4th at midnight) you will get the shipments associated to your renewal, it will not renew after that.
How does the subscription process work?
Just pick your plan and sign up, a box will arrive on your doorstep filled with unique and functional outdoor products. The plans automatically renew, but you can cancel at any time- no worries. You can cancel by logging into your customer account (you create this when you purchase).
Does everyone get the same box?
Everybody could get the same box in some cases, but not always. We have you fill out your profile questions in order to understand your interests and activities you do. As time goes on our goal is to make it more tailored to your interests.
How much value is in each box?
We aim for $40 (retail value) in each box, it could be up to $50. Some months it’s going to be higher, others it could be a couple bucks lower.
How do I know what’s going to be inside the box?
We can’t you tell exactly what will be in the box-our goal is to inspire people to get outside by surprising them with awesome and unique products in hopes of you getting outside to use them! These are categories we look to put in the box: gear, tools, accessories, food/energy, educational (travel tips, survival guides), etc.
I live in a hard to reach area, what if there’s a problem with my box arriving?
If you have any questions or concerns you can email us at [email protected] our normal response time is 24-48hrs. Also, as soon as your package leaves our warehouse you’re automatically emailed the tracking info.
Can I return or exchange my box?
Generally we don’t accept exchanges or returns unless it’s a unique situation. There are one-off cases when we do allow for returns/exchanges. Our primary concern is delivering value to our customers and making sure we go above and beyond to satisfy each customer. We recommend donating it to someone who needs it, or giving it as a gift to a friend.
