REWARDS PROGRAM INFO
How do I join the Nomadik Rewards Program?
You need to set up a Nomadik Account. You can sign up here. Once you’ve activated your account, you can start earning Loyalty Points! If you already bought from us in the past and have an activated account then simply log in.
How do I see my points?
Login and click “My Points & Rewards” in the top section to view your points.
How do I redeem points for a discount?
First login to your account, then once you've added products to your cart, you can come back to our Rewards Page (the page you’re on now!) Scroll up and click the "Redeem" button, it will generate a discount code for you to use. Finally, click the "copy" icon to automatically copy the discount code and paste into the discount field at checkout.
Can I use points towards a discount on subscriptions?
You can use Loyalty Points when you start a new subscription, but unfortunately, you cannot use them for renewals. Click here to sign up!
Can past purchases give me points?
The Nomadik Rewards Program was launched on September 16, 2022. Orders before that date are not eligible to earn points.
What happens to my points from an order if it was refunded?
Loyalty Points earned from that purchase will be removed from your current balance of points.
Do the points expire?
Your points do not expire.
I selected/redeemed the wrong discount code - how do I fix it?
Your points used to get a discount code are not actually deducted from your account until a purchase is made with that discount code. If you copied the wrong discount code you are able to copy a new discount code and use the initial discount code you copied on a later purchase. You cannot switch point redemption discount codes after checkout.
Is Nomadik Rewards available in international countries?
Nomadik Rewards is only available in the United States at this time.
Can I use my Loyalty Points with other discounts or promo codes?
Combining discount codes is prohibited.

What if I get gear I already have or don't want?
We pride ourselves on curating best-in-class gear you didn't know existed. But, you can always return it for a full-refund!
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you're in full control! You can cancel, skip or reactivate in your customer account without emailing us!
When will my Quarterly Box ship?
Order by the 15th, your first shipment will be processed on the 16th and ship in 2-3 days. Otherwise it’ll get processed and ship by the 15th of next month. Reach out to email@example.com we can expedite it free of charge
When will I be charged for my Quarterly Subscription?
- New Orders 2/16-3/15 (1st box is Winter)
2nd charge will be 4/1 for the Spring Box, then 6/1 for the Summer Box, 9/1 for the Fall box, etc.
- New Orders 5/16-6/15 (1st box Spring)
2nd charge will be 7/1 for the Summer Box, then 9/1 for the Fall, 12/1 for the Winter box, etc.
- New Orders 8/16-9/15 (1st box Summer)
2nd charge will be 10/1 for the Fall Box, then 12/1 for the Winter, 3/1 for the Spring box, etc.
- New Orders 11/16-12/15 (1st box Fall)
2nd charge will be 1/1 for the Winter Box, then 3/1 for the Spring, 6/1 for the Summer box, etc.
Will my gear be the same as everyone else?
No, the gear you get is based on a variety of factors, such as: seasons, interests, inventory, etc.
I'm a monthly subscriber, will I get different gear in the Quarterly?
Yes, if you subscribe to both you shouldn't receive the same or repeat products.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION INFO
When will my order ship?
Monthly subscription: Order by the 15th and it'll ship by the 24th of this month, otherwise it ships in next month's batch.
Quarterly subscription: Order by the 15th, your first shipment will be processed on the 16th and ship in 2-3 days. Otherwise it’ll get processed and ship by the 15th of next month.
Shop orders: ship out in 2 business days via the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you're in full control! You can cancel or reactivate in your customer account without emailing us. If you cancel, the auto-renewal at the end of your current term will be canceled.
If you let your plan auto-renew before canceling, you will receive the boxes associated with the latest renewal and we can no longer refund you.
If you purchase and then cancel right away this disables the next renewal and you will still get your shipments associated with your order.
How will my membership work?
-Monthly: It's one charge and one box per month.
-Quarterly: It's one charge and one box per quarter
No hidden fees, no contracts, cancel inside your account by the first of the month or it'll automatically renew on the 4th at midnight (monthly) 1st at midnight (quarterly).
What membership plans are available to me?
1. Monthly-billed and shipped each month.
2. Quarterly- billed and shipped once per quarterly (bigger products/more value)
*All prices are listed in USD. Sales Tax will be charged for orders shipped to certain states. Foreign exchange or transaction fees may apply for non-US customers.
When will my gear kit ship?
Order by the 15th, your monthly box ships by the 24th of this month. Otherwise it'll ship by the 24th of next month. Future shipments (after the first shipment) will ship by the 24th.
What if I need to change my address?
To change/update addresses for subscriptions please reach out to customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I sign up to be a member if I live outside the USA or in a hard to reach area?
Yes! As soon as your box ships you will receive a tracking email. Shipments outside of the USA may take 7 - 10 business days to arrive from the day you receive your tracking email.
International shipments are not eligible for free postage, are not included in shipping related offers/promos, and may be subject to customs fees depending on your local regulations.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, shipping carriers are experiencing intermittent delays worldwide. Shipments could be delayed while in transit.
When will I be charged?
When you sign up you'll be charged, your subscription will automatically renew on the 4th of your renewal month. You'll be charged 1 time per month and you'll get 1 box per month.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales Tax will be charged for orders shipped to the following states:
Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
What will be inside my monthly gear kits?
We can’t tell you exactly what's inside the box, that would ruin the surprise! But we can tell you that we focus on new, unique, and multi-functional items from top selling and up-and-coming brands. Items may include gear, tools, accessories, and occasionally food or drink pulled together in an adventure-ready theme. Our adventure experts curate themes based on seasons and activities. Some of our past themes include North Bound, Quick Trip Essentials, Don’t Wait to Hydrate, Summer Readiness, On the Water, Fix It, and more. And each kit comes with helpful tips and a Nomadik Challenge, where you have the opportunity to win more awesome gear.
Will my gear kit be the same as everyone else?
No, gear and kit themes are based on a variety of factors, such as: seasonality, available inventory from our brand partners, interests, etc. But rest assured, the value, quality, and quantity of the items in all variations of our kits are comparable each month.
Can I return or exchange my gear kit or an item from my kit?
Yes, you may return your gear kit for a full refund as long as everything in the kit is in original, unused condition. You must notify us within 14 days from your delivery date and provide the reason for your return. However, returns and refunds are at our sole discretion. We do not provide shipping for returns and the postage we incur from any items returned via return to sender will be deducted from your refund. Individual items in the kit are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I return or exchange an item I bought from the shop?
No. All shop sales (non-subscription orders) are final. No returns will be accepted. If you have a question or concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com.
What if something is missing or damaged during shipping?
If your gear kit or shop order contains any missing, incorrect, damaged or defective items, you must notify us within 14 days from your delivery date at firstname.lastname@example.org.
